organizations lacking human capital. Globalization and technology development

Especially Social Media give candidates access to global opportunities, but also
allows candidates to easily access information about companies. The changing
economic landscape is putting more focus on HR's role and the ability to hire
and develop Talent as well as optimize organizational efficiency.
In this dynamic presentation Ann-Christine Roope will talk about how Social Media
can be leveraged as an effective tool to attract and retain employees as well as
develop human capital and increase employee satisfaction. Linking HR strategies
